About the attorney
Attorney Regina Huseinova, am a member of the Bar Council of the Kyiv Region. I actively practise in the field of electronic asset declarations.
I specialise in anti-corruption legislation.
I was the first in Ukraine to create an original programme of seminars for declaration filers and attorneys practising in this field.
I have extensive hands-on experience supporting full audits of the electronic declarations of category A civil servants, members of parliament, holders of political office, and heads of state and municipal enterprises and institutions.
I advise on electronic asset declarations and represent clients in cases involving corruption offences and corruption-related crimes.
Lecturer at the National School of Judges of Ukraine — I have delivered over 20 lectures to more than 400 judges from across the country. Lecturer at the Higher School of Advocacy.
Registered with the regional Bar Council of Kraków as a “prawnik zagraniczny” (foreign lawyer). In Poland I cooperate with Kancelaria Adwokacka Leszczyńska-Wiącek Magdalena in Warsaw and the law office of Paweł Weber in Kraków.
